Katja Steinhauser is the founder of Purea Healing. She supports people who feel disconnected from themselves, their bodies, or their inner knowing, and offers a space that is steady, compassionate, and body-led.
Her work centers on somatic healing, with coaching and intuitive guidance woven in where helpful. She focuses on helping clients feel safer in their nervous systems, understand the patterns they carry, and reconnect with what feels true.
Katja’s approach is shaped by her own experience with anxiety, panic, and depression, as well as years of training in somatic healing, coaching, and plant medicine integration. She works both virtually and in person in Bali.
