Kate Kincaid is a certified life coach in North Carolina who has spent more than a decade helping women break through mental clutter, identify what's holding them back, and build lives that actually feel good to live. She works primarily with women, though she also coaches high school and college students and offers corporate group coaching by request. All sessions are conducted virtually.
Kate's background spans communication, psychology, and over 15 years in corporate management, sales, and marketing — which means she understands both the internal and practical dimensions of getting stuck. She approaches coaching by digging into the root causes of unhelpful patterns — procrastination, disorganization, low energy — and replacing them with habits and mindsets that stick.
She trained through the Spencer Institute of Life Coaching and NESTA, holds certifications in nutrition and fitness coaching, food psychology, corporate wellness, and stress management, and completed a 12-month leadership mentorship with John C. Maxwell. She's also a VIP member of The Life Coach School's Self Coaching Scholars program.
