Kaelly Arellano-Bendana is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and co-founder of K&B Therapy — a practice built for those who carry a lot but rarely feel truly seen. As a first-generation Latina, she brings both lived and clinical wisdom to her work with clients navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, and the particular weight of being "the strong one" in their family or community.
Her approach is grounded in storytelling, brainspotting, and cultural humility. She has worked across hospitals, schools, and community-based settings, creating therapy spaces that feel more like home than a clinical office. Kaelly specializes in supporting Latinx individuals navigating bicultural identity, familial expectations, and the quiet grief that comes with challenging generational patterns.
She co-founded K&B Therapy alongside Brandon Shindo out of a shared vision to build spaces they always needed but rarely saw. She also mentors future social workers and speaks on mental health — always with the same mission: helping people show up as their full, unfiltered selves.
