Julianne Cantarella is a Licensed Social Worker and Certified Life Coach who has spent two decades helping singles navigate the path from frustration to lasting partnership. Drawing on a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University and specialized training in attachment styles, somatic coaching, and emotional intelligence, she helps clients understand the patterns keeping them stuck — and break them.
Her signature program, From First Date to Soulmate™, goes well beyond dating tips. It addresses limiting beliefs, communication habits, and self-worth issues that quietly sabotage relationships. She works closely with clients between sessions — via text, profile reviews, and pre- and post-date processing — making the support feel unusually hands-on.
Julianne came to this work through her own painful dating journey before meeting her husband of nearly 30 years. That personal history gives her a genuine empathy for clients who feel hopeless or like something is fundamentally wrong with them. She brings warmth, directness, and a personal stake in the outcome.
