About John

John Kenny is a multi award-winning relationship coach based in London with nearly 20 years of experience, working first as a counsellor and then as a coach since 2012. He developed what he calls Therapeutic Coaching, blending his training in counselling, psychology, coaching, and NLP to help clients understand how their early experiences shape their relationships and patterns.

Drawing from his own personal journey through unhealthy relationships and self-sabotaging behaviours, John helps clients identify and overcome the blocks preventing them from attracting and creating the love and connection they desire — whether single, in a relationship, or recovering from a breakup.

Named Relationship Coach of the Year in 2022, 2023, and 2024, John offers personalised 1-2-1 coaching sessions online or in person, as well as self-paced online courses. His work empowers clients to take control of their relationship dynamics, build confidence, and create stronger, more fulfilling connections.
