About Jennifer

Jennifer Henriquez is a life coach and middle school counselor based in New York City. Through her practice, Coaching with Grace, she works primarily with women and educators who feel stuck and want to reconnect with who they really are. As a native Latina New Yorker, she understands firsthand the pressure of juggling multiple roles — and the moments when you need to pause and recalibrate.

Her approach is holistic, working with mind, body, and spirit. She uses thoughtful questions to help clients get honest about where they are, identify what's holding them back, and move forward with accountability and without judgment. For women, she focuses on self-relationship, family dynamics, and personal identity. For educators, she addresses burnout, time management, and rediscovering passion for the work.

Jennifer came to coaching after going through the process herself and witnessing firsthand the transformation it can bring.
