About Jenna
Jenna Dexter is a Christian life and mindset coach who helps women get clear on their calling, break through the mental hang-ups keeping them stuck, and move toward the life they feel destined for. Her own story—navigating divorce after 23 years as a wife and homeschool mom, rebuilding without a career or degree, and eventually adventuring solo through Australia and New Zealand on a leap of faith—gives her deep empathy for women in hard transitions.
She founded Total Thrive to create a coaching space where faith and personal transformation go hand in hand. Jenna works with women who feel called to something more but are afraid to dream, uncertain of God's will, or worn out from going it alone.
Through 1:1 coaching and her Total Thrive Women membership community, she offers both structured support and a tight-knit group of like-minded women pursuing business, ministry, health, and purpose—with prayer, accountability, and practical tools woven throughout.
