Janel Atlas, PhD, is a relationship coach, deep listener, and gentle-but-firm champion for change. Specialising in authentic relating, ethical non-monogamy, uncoupling, and mindfulness, she works with individuals, couples, and polycules navigating the full spectrum of modern relationships.
Janel holds a Masters in English and a PhD in Rhetoric and Composition, with research into everyday language and storytelling that directly informs her coaching on mindset, communication, and personal narratives. She is also a trained mindfulness facilitator supporting educators across Aotearoa. Born in the United States, she now lives and works in Ōtautahi/Christchurch, New Zealand, offering sessions online worldwide and in person locally.
