Jacqueline Hurst is a London-based teacher and coach who helps people understand how their minds work so they can shift old patterns and make steadier, more intentional choices. Her work is grounded in her own lived experience with addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, and recovery.
Over more than 20 years of working with thousands of clients, she has developed a practical approach that blends life coaching with hypnotherapy, NLP, and emotional wellbeing tools. Through The Life Class, she now focuses on teaching people how to create lasting personal change and, for some, how to turn that work into a coaching practice of their own.
