Ivy Miller is a Mindset and Communication Coach based in New York City who helps people understand their own patterns so they can communicate more clearly, navigate conflict without it spiraling, and build deeper connections — in their relationships and at work.
Her path to coaching started in a high-pressure sales role in Manhattan, where she learned firsthand how much success depends not just on skill, but on how you manage your mind and communicate under pressure. When she later built her coaching business from scratch, she had to confront her own patterns — the defensiveness, the stories she was unconsciously replaying — and that inner work became the foundation of what she teaches.
Ivy blends conscious communication tools, mindfulness, and self-compassion to get at the root of relational patterns rather than just managing symptoms. Her work tends to attract people who are self-aware and doing the work, but still find themselves in the same arguments, feeling misunderstood, or unable to say what they really mean. She's ICF-certified, trained through Accomplishment Coaching, and certified in Heart Led Communication.
With over six years of experience and 5,200+ students, she has grown a significant online presence by teaching people to communicate in ways that make others feel genuinely seen and understood.
