Isabel Georgina Taylor is a somatic practitioner, integrative psychotherapist, and coach based in Athens, Greece. She spent over a decade in UX design and behavioral science research — leading projects for companies like Amazon and Unilever — before a personal breaking point sent her back to school and into body-based healing work.
She works with high-performing creatives, founders, and ambitious people who've done the mindset work but keep hitting the same ceiling. Her specialty is the gap between vision and follow-through: not a discipline problem, but a nervous system one. Using Somatic Experiencing® principles, neuroscience, and identity work, she helps clients build the internal capacity to actually hold what they're reaching for.
Isabel offers 1:1 sessions, a group program called A State to Create, and immersive retreats in Greece. The throughline is consistent: lasting change doesn't come from pushing harder — it comes from giving your body permission to feel safe in something new.

A 7-day immersive retreat on the island of Serifos, Greece. Combines daily somatic integration sessions, identity and capacity expansion workshops, private chef meals, and luxury accommodation at Perma Serifos.
