I'm a somatic coach supporting individuals and couples in coming home to their bodies. My work sits at the intersection of nervous system literacy, attachment-informed practice, and embodied inquiry — drawing on Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, and polyvagal theory. Clients come to me at transitions: after a breakup, before a wedding, through burnout, during a re-patterning of how they love. Sessions are slow, curious, and tracked in the body. We listen for what the tissues already know.
