About Hind

Hind Taychouri is a somatic and embodiment coach who helps people break free from the stress, anxiety, and survival patterns that keep them stuck. Her work centers on the nervous system — helping clients understand their own physiological responses and learn to regulate them through body-based practices rooted in both ancient yogic wisdom and modern trauma science.

Her own path shaped her approach. After years of burnout and perfectionism, she traveled to Rishikesh, India to study yoga, where her healing journey began. She went on to train with pioneers in somatics and trauma including Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Stephen Porges, and Deb Dana.

Hind offers 1:1 somatic coaching, trauma-informed therapeutic yoga, and sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls. She works particularly well with people who've tried talk-based approaches but sense the real stuck points live somewhere deeper — in the body.
