Hezi Badnany — ShemaYah Holistic Health

Hezi Badnany is an Energy Healing Practitioner and Reiki Master based in New York City and founder of ShemaYah Holistic Health. Born in Israel to a Sephardic Jewish family with roots in Iraq, he was raised immersed in herbal medicine and generational healing traditions — including from his great-grandmother Esther, a traditional healer in Iraq whose surname inspired the practice name.

After a career as a pastry chef, Hezi faced a chronic illness unresolved by conventional medicine. He healed himself through energy healing, herbs, crystals, and sound — and founded ShemaYah Holistic Health. He then studied with master healers and shamans worldwide.

He is the creator of Multi-Vibrational Healing, a signature method combining Reiki, Shamanic Work, Sound Healing, Herbal Medicine, and Crystal Therapy to help high-performing individuals, artists, and conscious leaders achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual alignment.
