Heather Mullin is the founder of Healing Harmony, where she offers sound healing, mindfulness, and energy work for people seeking more calm, balance, and emotional ease. She works with individuals, couples, students, seniors, and teams, both virtually and in person.
A lifelong musician with a background in vocal performance and a former career in law, Heather came to sound therapy through her own experience of injury and burnout. That lived experience gives her work a grounded, compassionate quality. Her sessions use singing bowls, drums, guided breathing, and attentive presence to support deep relaxation, regulation, and a renewed sense of well-being.
