About Hafsa
Hafsa Taher is a business and life coach based in Toronto who works primarily with Muslim women entrepreneurs — helping them build sustainable income through Instagram without burning out or compromising their values. Her own journey started selling $3 greeting cards before she eventually left a decade-long IT career to run her creative business full time.
What sets Hafsa apart is her insistence on pairing practical strategy with inner work. She teaches Instagram marketing with a framework she calls the ABCD method, but she's just as focused on the mindset blocks — self-worth, fear of failure, and the stories we tell ourselves about money and visibility — that keep talented women stuck.
She's coached over a thousand students, and her approach is direct, warm, and faith-centered. She creates space for women who want to grow their business without feeling spammy or salesy, and who are navigating the intersection of ambition, family life, and spiritual values.

4-month commitment with 8 private 1-on-1 sessions plus accountability. Topics include building new habits, Instagram content strategy, launch marketing, or personal life goals.
