Freda Scheuer spent over three decades as a senior counter-terrorism officer mentoring and leading teams of mostly women in a high-stakes, male-dominated field. When she retired from government service, she got certified as a life coach to keep doing what she loved most.
She works with women who feel ready to stop playing small — those wrestling with self-doubt, comparison, or a quiet sense that they're not living as boldly as they could. Her own story of growing up in a small blue-collar town and pushing past fear to build a remarkable career gives her coaching a grounded, personal edge.
Sessions are practical and forward-focused: she helps clients get clear on what they truly want, identify what's in the way, and take concrete steps toward it. She works both online and in person from Virginia.
