Fabiano Mannino is a Men's Work and Relationship Coach based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and co-founder of the Refuge Leadership Academy. He is the creator of Somatic Release Breathwork™, a modality that combines emotional release breathwork, NLP verbal principles, and trauma-sensitive touch to help men release suppressed emotions, old patterns, and trauma stored in the body.
Fabiano founded Men of Refuge in 2019—initially as a local men's group—which grew to over 330 men before expanding into online coaching. His work is rooted in the belief that every person has a divine opportunity to liberate and reclaim themselves, and that each individual has a unique, innate capacity to become their own refuge.
Through 1:1 coaching and group experiences, Fabiano guides high-achieving men toward self-mastery, deeper relationships, and lives of purpose and legacy. He is also a co-founder of the Refuge Leadership Academy, an 18-week somatic leadership certification training for coaches, healers, and change-makers.
