Emma Kestler is a Reiki Master Teacher and Chopra Primordial Sound Meditation Teacher based in El Paso, Texas. Her path into this work grew out of years of trying to understand IBS, hormone imbalances, and mood issues, which eventually led her toward a gentler, more energetic approach to healing.
Through Emma's Holistic Remedy, she helps people find calm, clarity, and a deeper connection to themselves. Her work centers on Reiki and meditation, with practical tools shaped by her background in fitness and nutrition. She also offers Reiki certification courses and sound baths for people who want to deepen their practice.
