About Eleanor
Eleanor Strathmore is a certified clinical hypnotherapist and spiritual life coach based in Spokane, WA. She works primarily through alpha state trance — guiding clients into a deep, receptive brainwave frequency where subconscious blocks and held trauma can begin to release. Her approach weaves together IFS (parts work) therapy, breathwork, shadow work, and emotional freedom techniques.
Eleanor works with people carrying the weight of past trauma — depression, anxiety, PTSD, and the kind of pain that hasn't responded to more conventional approaches. As an energy intuitive, she taps into her clients' unique energetic patterns to inform the healing work, helping them move from darkness into clarity and self-acceptance.
Her practice is entirely online, making deep trance work accessible from home. Eleanor holds that real healing starts when we're willing to bring light into our own shadow.
