Dr. Sará King is the founder of MindHeart Collective, where she brings together science, mindfulness, and embodied healing to support people and organizations working through the effects of trauma and inequity.

Her work is rooted in the belief that personal well-being and social justice are deeply connected. She creates workshops, research projects, healing spaces, and speaking experiences that help groups understand how intergenerational trauma lives in bodies, relationships, and systems.
