Djinane AlSuwayeh is a Kuwaiti-French Somatic Experiencing® (SE) Practitioner based in Kuwait, specializing in body-based trauma recovery. With over a decade working as a Creative Director, photographer, and visual artist — exhibiting in major museums and shaping global brand identities — she brings a distinctive creative intelligence to healing work. Her practice treats the body as a living, intelligent system, and she guides people to work with sensation, breath, movement, and creative expression rather than talking about experiences.
Her venture, Sunshine Cercle, grew out of an informal healing circle she held for colleagues navigating burnout in the high-pressure luxury fashion world. It has since evolved into a full practice weaving together Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Art Therapy, and expressive arts. Djinane is deeply trained — holding multiple advanced certifications in trauma-informed somatic modalities, Polyvagal Theory, Integrative Somatic Parts Work, and breathwork.
She works with people stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or freeze — helping them move from dysregulation to presence, from habitual protection to genuine choice. Sessions are available online globally and in-person in Kuwait, conducted in English, French, and Arabic.
