Dennis Procopio

Dennis Procopio is the founder of Man-UP! Life Coaching (MULC), based in San Diego, CA. A self-described "creative" first and foremost, he received a full scholarship to Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in NYC in 1988 and spent over 30 years as a professional artist, musician, and educator before establishing MULC in 2013. With over 25,000 hours of one-on-one coaching experience, he has guided 600+ men through transformational change rooted in accountability, self-discovery, and male mentorship.

Dennis built Man-UP! Life Coaching to address a gap he personally experienced: men seeking real mentorship in spaces not designed for them. His proprietary "Bro Coach" approach blends structured protocols with deep inner work, helping high-achieving men who look successful on the outside but privately struggle with identity, purpose, relationships, and self-worth. He works primarily with men in their 30s–50s navigating scarcity mindsets, social anxiety, relational strain, and questions of legacy.

His core philosophy is that transformation comes through discovery, not instruction — and that true success is peace. Dennis continues to practice the same disciplines he teaches, modeling the ongoing work of self-mastery he asks of every client.
