Denise Fountain is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) based in New Jersey who has been guiding women through transformational life changes since 2010. A former teacher and domestic violence crisis responder, she brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work — helping women rediscover themselves after years of putting family and career first.
Denise specializes in working with women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who feel stuck, stretched thin, or unfulfilled despite outward success. Her approach blends practical tools — like the Wheel of Life assessment — with deep, confidential conversation to uncover the limiting beliefs and old stories that get in the way of genuine happiness.
She works with clients across the US and globally via Zoom and phone, offering both one-on-one coaching programs and small-group co-working sessions designed to foster accountability and connection.
