Danielle Rubio is a somatic trauma coach, mindfulness teacher, and nervous system guide who works with women feeling anxious, depleted, and stuck in survival mode. Her work centers on helping clients feel safe in their bodies again so they can move through life with more steadiness, clarity, and joy.
Her approach grew out of her own healing after a traumatic birth experience led to PTSD, anxiety, insomnia, and deep nervous system dysregulation. From that path she developed the SomaLumos Method, blending somatic movement, trauma-informed practices, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and spiritual care. She brings a warm, grounded presence to women who are ready to release old patterns and reconnect with their voice, power, and inner peace.
