Dana Regan is a Somatic Life-Coach and CEO of Somatic Soul Coach School© based in Los Angeles, CA. Her mission is to support highly motivated individuals, conscious entrepreneurs, coaches, and creatives in designing lives fueled by freedom through embodied leadership and self-transformation.

Grounded in somatic psychology, neuroscience, tantric philosophy, yoga, and mindfulness, Dana's methodology helps clients rewire their nervous system, access emotional intelligence, and embody their deepest desires.
