Cyrus Savi is a certified personal trainer and former professional football player whose own body transformation shaped how he coaches others. After a knee injury ended his football career, he turned his focus to weight training, gaining 10kg of lean muscle and developing a deep understanding of nutrition and physique development. That personal journey became the foundation for his coaching.

Cyrus works with clients online, offering structured training programs that take the guesswork out of the gym. His approach is practical and results-focused — he believes having the right plan matters more than simply putting in hours at the gym.
