Ciara Burton is a life, leadership, and health coach known as "The Life Coach for Moms." She works with mothers who look put-together on the outside but feel stretched thin, anxious, and disconnected from who they really are — women who sense there's more to life but don't know how to get there.
Her approach is forward-looking rather than backward-dwelling. She blends mind management, body attunement, and soul-centered work to help women break free from generational patterns, self-doubt, and burnout — stepping into what she calls becoming the sovereign woman they were designed to be.
Certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Landmark Education, and The Mosaic Institute for Human Development, Ciara has spent over a decade coaching women virtually around the world. She works primarily through her signature 8-week program "Becoming Her," and also studies Metaphysics at the Spiritual Arts Institute in Encinitas, California.
