Christina Dohr is a trauma-informed Embodiment Coach who guides people back into relationship with their own bodies when anxiety, overthinking, or a sense of disconnection has taken over. Her approach goes beyond talk therapy — she works at the intersection of the physical, emotional, and psychological, using somatic inquiry, breathwork, embodied movement, and awareness practices to help people shift from surviving to genuinely feeling alive.
Her path to this work was personal. After university, Christina hit a wall — stuck in loops of overthinking, anxious, and disconnected. It was practices like contact improvisation, belly dancing, and Osho dynamic meditation that opened her back up, followed by over a year living in an Aikido dojo where she trained in martial arts, yoga, meditation, and conflict resolution. From that experience she committed to making these depth practices accessible for people living ordinary lives.
Today she works with clients one-on-one through structured coaching journeys, offering both shorter 6-week intensives and longer 3–6 month engagements. She also facilitates Transformational Breathwork (including Rebirthing) and offers a self-paced online program. Her in-person sessions are based on Koh Phangan, Thailand, with online work available globally.
