About Casey

Casey Massimino is a Los Angeles-based life coach, breathwork facilitator, and Reiki practitioner who helps people who feel stuck or are navigating a major life pivot. After a decade in digital media as a creative director, she left the industry in 2019 after hitting burnout — and hasn't looked back.

Her approach blends breathwork, somatic practices, emotional inner work, and Reiki to help clients move through what she calls the "goal line/soul line": releasing inner blocks while taking concrete steps toward a life and career that genuinely lights them up.

Her training spans somatic trauma therapy (The Embody Lab), David Elliott's healer training, Usui Reiki, and embodiment practices. Casey also runs Green Arrow Co-Lab, a non-profit connecting youth in the justice system to nature and purpose.

She works with clients in Los Angeles, Italy, and virtually worldwide.
