Cari D'Angelo is a Certified Divorce Coach who brings both professional expertise and deep personal experience to her work with families navigating divorce. After twenty years as a therapist, classroom teacher, and school counselor, she witnessed firsthand how separation shapes the lives of both parents and children — and when she went through her own second divorce as a mother, that understanding deepened in ways no credential alone could provide.
Cari's approach is practical and emotionally grounded. She helps parents process the grief, overwhelm, and heartbreak of divorce while staying focused on what matters most: their children. She guides clients through conversations with kids, building workable co-parenting arrangements, managing paperwork, and finding their footing again after everything has changed. Unlike therapy, her coaching is forward-focused — helping clients take clear steps rather than stay stuck.
She works virtually with clients across the US and internationally. Her mission is to help parents and kids come through divorce with as little damage as possible — and to help parents come out stronger, more confident, and grounded in their own worth.
