Cadence Robertson is a postpartum life coach and founder of Find Your Cadence Coaching. She works one-on-one with expecting moms and new mothers who are overwhelmed, drowning in self-doubt, or struggling to feel like themselves again after birth. A graduate of McMaster University and a Registered Early Childhood Educator, she brings a grounded, education-informed lens to the emotional terrain of early motherhood.
Cadence has been coaching since 2020. Her work isn't about offering advice or handing out checklists — it's about creating a judgment-free space where moms can be honest about what they're carrying and start building real confidence in themselves as parents and partners.
She helps clients set healthier boundaries, reconnect with their sense of self, communicate better with their partners, and move from pure survival mode into something that actually feels good. Her approach is built on a core belief: moms don't need more information, they need consistent emotional support and someone walking beside them through the identity shift of becoming a parent.
