About Brooke
Brooke Taylor is a career coach for women who learned the cost of chasing achievement the hard way. She spent years as a Marketing Lead at Google before her own cycle of burnout and burnout-fueled escape became the catalyst for a deeper reckoning — realizing she'd been tying her worth to her accomplishments since childhood. That turning point became the foundation of her work.
Today Brooke and her coaching team work with executive women at firms like Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Salesforce, Meta, and Coinbase — more than 5,000 leaders in all. Her practice centers on what she calls the "Success Wound™": the ingrained belief that you are only as worthy as what you produce. She helps clients move from chronic striving and workplace anxiety toward careers that feel genuinely fulfilling and sustainable.
Her approach blends personal transformation with practical career strategy — covering negotiations, leadership, and bold career moves, but always from a grounded sense of self.
