Brianna Mosher is a Nashville-based feminine embodiment mentor and intimacy coach with a BA in psychology and Somatica Method training in sex, love, and intimacy. Her work is built for high-achieving women who thrive in nearly every area of their lives except love — women who find themselves overgiving, overthinking, or drawn to emotionally unavailable partners despite knowing better.
Drawing on somatic healing, nervous system work, and feminine energy dynamics, Bri helps women feel genuinely safe in their bodies and in love. Her approach is trauma-informed, weaving together psychology, spiritual insight, and lived experience to address the deeper patterns underneath relationship struggles.
Having navigated her own journey through a narcissistically abusive relationship and back to herself, Bri brings real depth to the work. She started coaching in 2018, evolving from fitness into this more integrated practice. She co-hosts the For the Love of Men podcast and offers both private 1:1 mentorship and her 8-week group program, Soft & Secure.
