About Black
Daphne Fuller is a Fayetteville-based therapist, yoga teacher, and wellness practitioner who created Black Minds In Meditation as a healing space centered on Black women and the wider diaspora. Her work brings together mental health, spirituality, somatic practice, and culture in a way that feels both grounded and affirming.
She supports people through meditation, yoga, Reiki, sound, and trauma-informed wellness practices, with a strong focus on nervous system care, self-love, and community healing. Alongside direct healing work, she also trains practitioners who want to integrate sound and holistic care into their own offerings with more confidence, cultural awareness, and care.

★★★★★
"I deeply appreciated the wisdom you shared, the clear demonstrations, and the opportunities for hands-on practice. Having space to both observe and try things out helped me not only understand the techniques, but also embody them in a way that felt natural. The balance of guidance and experiential learning really supported my confidence, and I left the training feeling more grounded in my ability to integrate sound healing into my work. On a personal level, I noticed how the practices allowed my own nervous system to soften and settle, giving me a felt sense of the healing power of sound. That experience was invaluable. It reminded me that this work is not just something I offer to others, but also a practice that nourishes and regulates me as well."
