About Becky
Becky Swanson is a divorce coach who helps people find their footing during one of the most disorienting chapters of life. Having gone through her own divorce without any real support or roadmap, she built her practice around being the thinking partner she wishes she'd had — someone who helps clients understand their options, organize their questions, and negotiate hard for what they and their kids actually need.
Her approach is practical and forward-focused. Rather than processing the drama, Becky helps clients break down the big decisions — finances, co-parenting agreements, choosing the right professionals — into steps they can actually follow. She works on each person's schedule, meeting as often or as rarely as makes sense, without a rigid program.
In addition to 1:1 coaching, Becky hosts seasonal divorce and recovery workshops tied to the real challenges each time of year brings, and a podcast called "Be Not Fainthearted" featuring guests from across the divorce and recovery space.
