Ariella Serur (they/she) is a queer dating coach who works with LGBTQIA+ folks who find dating confusing, exhausting, or just not fun. Their approach centers on building self-awareness, improving communication, and shifting from goal-oriented dating toward genuine curiosity and connection.
Ariella came to this work through years of personal experience — they treated dating like an improvisational practice, learning to move through fear rather than avoid it. That same spirit carries into their coaching: they're actively dating themselves and bring real, field-tested tools to sessions.
Sessions explore things like making dating apps less soul-crushing, approaching people with less anxiety, navigating non-monogamy, managing rejection, and taking ownership of how you show up on dates. The space is explicitly anti-oppressive, non-gendered, and free of judgment around any dating style or orientation.
Ariella holds two Life Coaching Certifications, a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training (RYT-500), and is completing a Graduate Advanced Certificate at Columbia University's School of Psychology in Sexuality, Women, and Gender with a concentration in LGBTQ Issues.
