Anthony Treas, MPH, is a life coach for men specializing in personal development, confidence, and direction for capable men who feel undirected despite external success. He is the founder of STRONG Men Coaching and creator of the S.T.R.O.N.G. Method, a structured approach to men's coaching focused on brain health and unlocking potential.
Anthony served eight combined years in the United States Marine Corps and the Army National Guard, including a deployment to Iraq. After returning, he earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Public Health, became a Certified Health Education Specialist®, and completed Wellcoaches® Core Training. He is also the author of "A Man's Guide to Mental Health" and "Brotherhood Bonds."
