Annalyn Cruz is a Dream Life Embodiment Coach who works with solo, childfree women of color navigating the transition into their second act — the season after years of pouring into everyone else. As a Pilipina-American woman who has navigated her own pivots through career, relationships, and identity, she brings real lived experience to the work of untangling cultural expectations, perfectionism, and the patterns that keep women playing small.
Her coaching blends embodiment practices, energy healing, and mindful frameworks to help women reconnect with their body, intuition, and desires — so they can make decisions from a grounded, empowered place rather than fear or obligation. With 20+ years in leadership development, Annalyn also brings deep credibility for women managing career transitions and workplace dynamics as women of color.
She's the CEO and Founder of Grounded In Wisdom, LLC, an ICF certified coach, and is based in Oakland, CA. She works virtually with women who are done waiting for permission to live differently.
