Anita Hodosi helps people move out of fear-based loops and back into a calmer, more heart-led way of living. Raised in Hungary, she began Reiki as a child and later built a practice shaped by psychology, coaching, hypnosis, and spiritual work.

Now based in New York City and working virtually, she supports clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Her sessions draw on hypnotherapy, past-life regression, the Akashic Records, meditation, and intuitive guidance.
