About Angela
Angela Spencer is a life coach and founder of Virago Wellness, based in Liverpool, UK. She works with women who've lost touch with themselves — running on autopilot, putting everyone else first, and struggling to catch their breath under the weight of everyday life.
Her path to coaching came through her own reckoning at 36. Despite having the life she'd planned — career, family, home — she was drowning in anxiety and panic attacks, and eventually recognized she'd completely deprioritized herself. That experience of finding her way back became the foundation of her work.
Angela coaches one-to-one and in groups, guiding women through self-discovery to build clarity, confidence, and the capacity to make choices aligned with their own values. She's accredited by the IAPC&M and was named Life Coach of the Year at the 2025 National Coaching Awards.
