About Andrea

Andrea Giles is a Master Certified Relationship Coach, trauma-informed and trained in infidelity recovery through the Relational Life Institute. She knows this terrain personally — years ago her own life fell apart through betrayal and loss. She left a sixteen-year marriage, rebuilt from scratch as a single mother, and eventually blended a family of twelve. That lived experience shapes everything she teaches.

Over the past seven-plus years, Andrea has worked with more than 5,000 clients, logging over 11,000 hours of coaching experience. She helps people move through the aftermath of betrayal not by rushing back to "normal," but by doing the deeper work of becoming someone who trusts their own judgment again.

Her approach weaves together trauma-informed coaching, Relational Life Therapy principles, somatic and cognitive techniques, and values-centered self-leadership. She doesn't come with an agenda for her clients' relationships — she helps them get radically honest with themselves so they can make decisions from a place of truth rather than fear.

Andrea also hosts the top-rated podcast "Heal from Infidelity," and offers both group and individual programs for people ready to stop surviving and start building something genuinely beautiful.
