Amy Young is a life coach and speaker based in New Jersey who helps women reconnect with their deeper sense of purpose. Her clients often seem to have it all — career, family, achievements — yet still feel hollow inside. Amy knows that feeling firsthand; she spent years ignoring her own restlessness until weekly panic attacks forced her to pay attention.
Her approach is grounded and practical. In sessions, she listens for what's said and unsaid, helping clients examine the beliefs and assumptions keeping them stuck before building a concrete action plan. She's as much accountability partner as coach.
Beyond 1:1 work, Amy offers group coaching and speaks on career development, goal-setting, and intentional living. She's a marathon runner, a mom of three, and the creator of Redefine Possibility, a digital magazine focused on leveling up in all areas of life.

Weekly or bi-weekly 50-minute sessions focused on whatever goals or blocks the client wants to address. Includes an action plan, between-session homework, and unlimited email access to Amy.
Group Coaching
Virtual
Work through universal topics like goal setting, imposter syndrome, and career development with peer support. Clients can form their own group or join an existing online course.
