Amy Davies is a certified Embodiment Coach and Somatic Practitioner based in South Yorkshire, UK. She works with people who tend to think, do, and give too much — kind, sensitive types who find that the life they built has stopped feeling like their own. Her specialty is helping clients unravel chronic stress, burnout, persistent pain, and fatigue.
Amy's path into this work grew from personal experience. In 2018, she developed a pain and fatigue condition that reshaped her understanding of the body-mind connection. She found her way back through nervous system work, somatic movement, and learning to slow down — and that lived knowledge informs how she supports others.
Her sessions weave together coaching, gentle movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness. She draws on modern pain science, nervous system education, and trauma-informed approaches, with everything tailored to each person. Sessions are conducted over Zoom and designed to be practical and easy to integrate into daily life.
