About Ali
Ali Miller is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Couples Communication Clini-Coach® who has spent over two decades helping couples break out of recurring conflict cycles. Her approach is grounded in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a framework she discovered in 2006 that reshaped how she understood relationships — shifting from blame and withdrawal to empathy, honest expression, and collaborative problem-solving.
She works with couples who love each other but keep getting stuck in the same arguments — partners who are exhausted by conflict and desperate for a real framework, not just a temporary truce. Her method teaches both people how to speak truthfully without being brutal, hear their partner's deeper needs beneath the surface frustration, and move from disconnection back to closeness.
