About Alessandro
Alessandro Frosali is a men's coach based in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, who works with married men who are drifting, disconnected, or on the brink of losing their relationship. His path into this work came from personal crisis — years in marketing left him overweight and emotionally checked out, and his wife's ultimatum to change or leave became the turning point that sent him into deep work on himself.
His coaching focuses on helping men break what he calls "boy behaviours" — passivity, emotional withdrawal, and lack of presence at home. He runs the Better Husband Academy, one-on-one coaching, and in-person retreats, and founded the Mallorca Men's Club as a community for men doing this kind of growth side by side. Clients regularly describe a shift not just in their marriages, but in how their children see them too.
