Alena Turley is a somatic therapist based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, working with high achievers and over-extended people who are exhausted in ways that sleep can't fix. Through Root Cause Therapy and body-based somatic practices, she helps clients release the nervous system tension and deep-seated patterns that keep them stuck, depleted, or disconnected.
Her approach goes deeper than talk therapy — working directly in the body, where stress and trauma actually live. Sessions draw on breathwork, movement, guided relaxation, and regression work to uncover and release the subconscious roots of anxiety, burnout, and chronic stress. She works with people in person on Sydney's Northern Beaches and online with clients worldwide.
Alena's path wasn't straight — she navigated her own traumas and worked across PR, filmmaking, construction, and education before finding her calling. Since 2009, she's been building communities of people ready to stop white-knuckling through life. She's IICT Accredited and trained in Root Cause Therapy through The Centre for Healing.
