I would feel so peaceful when I left her office. Then I found youtube reiki and would do recorded sessions in between my therapy appointments. When AJ told me I could do sessions on myself I jumped at the chance to learn from her. Now I do a self treatment session every morning, and I have to say I feel more calm and peaceful and less stressed than I ever have. It helps me be a better mother, wife, friend, employee...
