Ahlam Riyashy is a UK-based spiritual life coach who works specifically with Muslim women navigating the aftermath of toxic relationships, childhood wounds, and codependency. Her own journey — overcoming complex PTSD, depression, and years of people-pleasing — is the foundation of her practice, and it's what makes her approach feel genuinely lived-in rather than clinical.

Ahlam is trauma-informed and works from a psychosocial-spiritual framework that weaves Islamic values alongside inner child work, subconscious reprogramming, emotional regulation, and breathwork. Her signature 5-month programme, Her Elevated Self, is tailored to each client and moves at the pace of real healing — not a formula.

Alongside coaching, she is a qualified pharmacist and a mother, which shapes the grounded, practical lens she brings to her work. Clients consistently describe her as warm, soft-spoken, and non-judgemental — a safe space for women who have rarely felt safe enough to be honest about what they're carrying.
