About Abby
Abby Vernon is a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with over 12 years of experience in the body-based therapy field. Her background in psychology, yoga, and leadership informs a deeply integrative approach to personal transformation. She is the creator of the Y.E.S. Program, a flagship somatic self-leadership experience designed to help individuals regulate their nervous systems and resolve trauma from the inside out.
Abby's mission is to transform stressed-out nervous systems and guide clients toward a deeper understanding of trauma resolution and self-leadership. She works with women and leaders who are ready to move out of survival mode, integrate their past, and build a body and psyche that naturally shows up to their greatest life. Her approach blends compassionate space-holding with practical somatic tools, journal prompts, and embodied awareness practices.
